Our PPWR Compliance

TeeRipple is committed to complying with the applicable requirements of the European Union Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) and relevant national packaging legislation in the countries where our products are supplied.

The PPWR is designed to reduce the environmental impact of packaging across the European Union by promoting:

Germany – LUCID Packaging Register

As part of our packaging compliance for the German market, TeeRipple is registered with the German LUCID Packaging Register, operated by the Central Agency Packaging Register (ZSVR).

This registration identifies TeeRipple in connection with our packaging obligations in Germany under the German Packaging Act (VerpackG).

Companies commercially distributing packaged goods in Germany, including online retailers, may be required to register with the LUCID Packaging Register. Additional obligations can apply depending on the type of packaging supplied, including system participation and reporting of packaging quantities.

Packaging Responsibility

We recognise that packaging responsibility extends beyond the products themselves and includes packaging used to prepare and deliver orders to customers.

Where applicable, our packaging compliance arrangements cover packaging associated with the distribution and shipment of our products, including relevant postal packaging and other packaging components.

Where TeeRipple supplies customers in different European countries, we work to ensure that applicable packaging obligations are appropriately considered for the relevant market.

Our German LUCID registration is one part of our wider approach to packaging compliance and does not replace any additional requirements that may apply in other EU Member States.
