At TeeRipple, every product is made to order especially for you. This helps reduce waste and allows us to offer unique designs, but it also means we have specific rules regarding returns and refunds.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order arrives with a manufacturing fault, is damaged during delivery, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

A brief description of the problem

Clear photographs showing the fault, damage, or incorrect item

Once reviewed, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include:

A replacement item at no additional cost

A full refund to your original payment method

We may ask you for additional information before processing your claim.

Returns for Size Issues or Change of Mind

Please review the sizing information provided on each product page before placing your order.

Because all TeeRipple products are printed specifically to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Ordering the wrong size

Ordering the wrong colour or style

Change of mind purchases

Items that are no longer wanted

Mistakes made when entering delivery details

Any order where the product received matches the order placed and is free from defects

Made-to-Order Products

All TeeRipple products are manufactured on demand after an order is placed.

As a result, our products fall within the made-to-order and customised goods exemptions under applicable consumer protection regulations. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
